More data, more problems. As scientific experiments generate more and more data, we need better tools to help make sense of it all. Microscopium is a free, open source library and web application for interactive exploration of large imaging datasets. This talk will take you through the steps of an analysis pipeline, from feature computation, dimensionality reduction, to visualisation.
